My Story
Michael Prinkey holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Cinema with a focus on Traditional Animation from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania, now PennWest. He is a Learning Program Manager at DarkSky International with over seven years of blending experience in digital media, e-learning, project management, and consultation.
Michael has a knack for simplifying complex ideas and developing content that educates and inspires action. His work is driven by a deep connection to the natural world and a passion for raising awareness and protecting the environment. He also pushes the boundary on creativity to make his art dynamic in storytelling beyond learning. He enjoys writing and illustrating "supernatural," and "fantasy," books.
Beyond his professional life, Michael finds joy in spending time with his family, exploring the outdoors, and embracing his adventurous spirit. Whether surfing, savoring a cup of coffee, or taking walks on the beach with his wife and two dogs, he values the simple moments that bring peace and inspiration. Michael’s personality is a blend of curiosity, creativity, and an honest desire to make a positive impact on the world around him.
My Approach
At PRINKART, Michael specializes in creating visually captivating learning courses and films. With his certified (CAPM) project management skills, he oversees all aspects of these projects. When companies are seeking expert guidance for their projects, Michael is an excellent consultant to consider. Michael's approach involves incorporating real-life drama and controversy to create dynamic and honest content. Currently, he is working full time with DarkSky International on their DarkSky Qualified Associate Program. Additionally, Michael is working on two smaller illustrated books titled "Detective Hal," and "Throneshatter."
